Our client
We’ve implemented a BIM design service for the renovation project of the office building. The building has a steel structure with isolated footing one linked by a bracing beam.
Description
Project objectives
This BIM design project consisted of modeling foundations, pits, and ground floor slab.
The client sent us Revit file, drawings of foundation, ground floor general arrangement and details of pit holes in the file format of .dwg, pdf.
The Solution
Based on the input data, our engineers have created BIM designs of the foundation, pits, and slab. We aim to achieve BIM Level 2 standard requirements from the UK design firm.
We’ve utilized Naviswork for QA/QC process before delivering the final designs to the client. This has helped bring the client accurate designs without BIM design issues.
The deliverables
The deliverables have been Revit models with sufficient information. We are currently working on this project with the client.
